How to place an order ?
Placing an order on maniet.be or luxus.be website is very simple! Browse the site through the different categories ladies, men, girls, boys and accessories, and make your selection using the criteria on the left. You can also use the search bar by entering a brand, a model or a reference.
You can click on the photo to obtain the complete product description. Select your size and click on "Add to cart". Once you have added the products, go to your shopping cart on the top right to finalise your order.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
All orders placed and accepted are delivered as quickly as possible within 2 to 7 working days.
You will be informed by e-mail of the various stages in the processing of your order and you can track your order via your customer account and also via the Bpost tracking link received by e-mail.
How can I modify or cancel my order ?
You can cancel or modify your order by contacting our Customer Service by telephone on 010/489.150 or by e-mail at email@example.com.
Which countries do we deliver to?
We deliver to the following countries: Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Spain, France, Denmark, Italy, Netherlands and Portugal.
What are the delivery methods?

What are the delivery times?
Delivery times depend on the items ordered and the type of delivery chosen.
When you order, you will be informed of the delivery time of your package.
Post: Between 2 and 7 working days from your order
In shop: Between 1 and 7 working days from your order
What are the delivery price rates?
Maniet.be and Luxus.be offer you delivery only for Belgium! You do not have to pay for delivery, exchange or refund. For other European countries, a fixed amount will be included in the invoice when paying for the order if the amount of the basket is less than 199€. Please note: international returns are subject to a flat rate fee indicated by the post office and are not refundable by Maniet! Luxus.
How do I know where my package is?
We send you an e-mail at each stage of your order. In these e-mails you will also receive a link that will allow you to track your parcel on the Bpost website.
If I chose the post office, what happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
The deliveryman will leave a notice inviting you to pick up your parcel at the post office indicated. You then have a maximum of 14 calendar days to collect your parcel.
After this period, if you have still not picked up your parcel, it will be returned to the Maniet Shoes offices.
The customer service will contact you to either rearrange a delivery or cancel the order and refund it.
Products and stock
What is the quality of the products you offer?
The selection of the proposed collection is made with the utmost care by Maniet Shoes' purchasing department. On the site, there are many brands known and recognized for the quality of their products.
The team ensures the quality of all items before sending them to you. However, if one of our products is not suitable for any reason, do not hesitate to send it back via the delivery method you used.
All returns are free in Belgium!
How can we see the stock of the point of sales?
When you are on the product page, you must select your size and then click on "choose a shop" in the "reservation" box.
Then, you can either indicate your geographical location on the top left or look directly in the list of shops.
If a green ball appears next to the shop, this means that the item is available in the shop.
If the ball is orange, the transfer time is indicated.
How long does it take to deliver the items?
All the articles offered on our website are available in our stock (unless otherwise stated) to guarantee you a fast delivery. Delivery time is between 2 and 7 working days.
How to choose the right size?
You don't know what size to choose? Don't panic, you can print a pedimeter via the "Printable pedimeter" tab (located at the bottom right of each page).
You should also know that all our articles are available in the supplier's sizes and converted into European sizes.
In addition, we indicate on the product sheet above the sizes "a tip" to guide you in choosing the right size.
What should I do if my size is no longer available?
You can contact us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 010/489.150 so that we can check the stock of the article concerned.
Return and refund
How to return an item?
You are not satisfied with your order? The size does not fit? You don't like the colour anymore? No problem! (=right of withdrawal) The return is always and only free in Belgium. Abroad, the return costs are charged to the customer.
The first step is to go to retour.maniet.be. You can then submit a return request by filling in the form there. Once your request has been approved, you can return your package (with your invoice) to your nearest Maniet or Luxus shop and you will be refunded within 5 working days to the account with which you placed your order.
If this does not suit you, you can always return the item by post. You will then be refunded within 14 calendar days after we receive your pair of shoes back.
How do i get a refund?
Only new, unworn, undamaged items in their original box in good condition can be refunded and this within 30 days of receipt of the order.
- You can return your package to the shop and you will be refunded within 5 working days to the account with which you paid for your purchase.
- If you are returning by post, you should first fill in the return form on the retour.maniet.be page, to let us know if you prefer an exchange or a refund. Then, simply go to the post office with your item(s) carefully repacked in your parcel and specify that you wish to return Maniet shoes or Luxus shoes (and your return will be free of charge in Belgium, not from abroad). You will be refunded within 14 calendar days of receipt of your return package, by Atos Worldline, to your credit card or account used for payment.
The amount of the refund is equal to the amount that was actually paid, except in the case of a promotion where the percentage granted increases with the number of items purchased. In this case the promotion will be lost and the refund will be based on the actual price of the item.
Can I make an exchange and how?
Only new, unworn and undamaged items can be returned and this within 30 days of receipt of the order.
- You can make an exchange in one of our Maniet or Luxus shops. However, the size you want may not be directly available in that shop. In this case, the store will be able to transfer it within 5 working days.
- You can also exchange your shoes by post. The procedure is the same as for a refund, except that you indicate in your return request (on retour.maniet.be) that you want an exchange and the new size you want. Then, you just have to go to the post office with your item(s) carefully repacked in your parcel and specify that you wish to return Maniet shoes or Luxus shoes (your return will be free of charge in Belgium, not abroad). As soon as we receive your return package, we will proceed with the exchange. You will be notified by e-mail and you will receive the exchange within 14 days of receiving your return package.
Exchanges can only be made on items of the same model. If you want a different model than the one you ordered, you will have to place a new order on our website.
Do I have to create an account to place my order?
You do not have to create an account to place your order.
However, we advise you to create one in order to better track your order and benefit from your customer advantages (10% for large families and 5% on your next purchase, see conditions in the "your advantages" tab).

How is the personal information in my account used?
All the information in your account on maniet.be or luxus.be is only used by maniet.be or luxus.be in the context of your commercial relationship.
You can make any changes via the "my account" section.
Your bank details are never in our possession as transactions are made directly via Worldline.
I can't remember my login/password
Your login is your e-mail address. If you can't find your password, go to the "my account" section at the top right with the little head icon and click on "I've forgotten my password" and it will be sent to your own e-mail address.

Is the payment by credit card secure?
The payment is entirely secure thanks to the online payment system of our banking partner: Atos Worldline.
Your bank details only circulate on the Internet in encrypted form, i.e. they are coded in such a way as to make them completely unreadable.
Moreover, they are only processed by Atos Worldline and are never in the possession of Maniet.be or Luxus.be. In fact, when you enter your card number to make purchases on Luxus or Maniet, you are actually transmitting them to Atos Worldline and not to Maniet.be or Luxus.be.
Discount and promotional codes
You have received a promotional code and you don't know how to use it?
Don't panic, when you are in your shopping cart, you will be asked if you have a discount, just enter it at that moment and you will get an immediate discount.
How can I benefit from my advantages?
You benefit from the same advantages as in our physical shops.
5%* on your next purchase or 10%* for large families and students on presentation of your student card.
To do so, when creating your account, enter the same e-mail address as the one you gave in shop.
In this case, your two accounts will be automatically merged and you will benefit from all your advantages.

How to use a Maniet! Luxus gift card?
It is valid in all our shops and on our e-shop. It is to be used in one go, for an amount equal or superior to the total of the shopping cart.
At step 2 of the order process (checkout and payment):
1. You must enter your 13 digits in sequence and without spaces
2. Enter your 4-digit pin code
How to reserve a pair of shoes?
Booking a pair of shoes on www.maniet.be or www.luxus.be is very simple!
First of all, you must be logged in to make a reservation.
If you are not, go to the "my account" tab on the top right with the little head icon to log in.
Then, browse the site, discover our collection, select your size and click on "Reservation" and then on "Book in shop". Then, all you have to do is choose your shop with the drop-down menu and confirm your reservation by clicking on "Reservation".
You will then be notified by e-mail of the progress of your reservation.
When you go to the shop to pick up your pair of shoes, you must go to the cashier and give your name so that you can try on the pair you have set aside. If you like it, you can pay for it at the checkout. If not, you can return it at the checkout and the salesperson will cancel your reservation.
Note: you can make up to 3 reservations at the same time.
How long is my pair of shoes reserved in shop?
Your pair of shoes is held in shop in your name. If you do not collect it within 7 calendar days, the pair will be put back on the shelf and your reservation will be cancelled.
Can I reserve a pair of shoes before the sale?
Please note that reservations are not possible during the sales. This service will not be active in July and January.
What price will be charged for an in-store reservation?
When you reserve a pair of shoes, the price on the day of collection applies, not the day you reserve it. This is valid for all promotional actions (various promotions, VIP evenings, night-time events, sales, etc.)
Example: if you book a pair of shoes on a Monday when there is exclusively a 20% discount on that day on our website, you will not be able to benefit from this discount when you go to the shop to pick up your booking the next day.
