Exchanges and refunds

You are not satisfied with your order placed on the site? The size does not fit? You don't like the colour anymore?

Don't worry! We offer you the possibility to return your order for an exchange or refund. This is always and only free of charge in Belgium. Returns via the Bpost services only concern orders placed on the site. For all orders placed from one of our sales outlets, please contact our colleagues in the nearest shop. 

Return conditions

Only new, unworn items, perfectly intact and in their original box in good condition can be exchanged or refunded, and this within 30 days of receipt of the order. 

The amount of the refund is equal to the amount that was actually paid, except in the case of a promotion where the percentage granted increases with the number of items purchased. In this case, the promotion will be lost and the refund will be based on the actual price of the article. 

Your return will be processed by Bpost within 14 calendar days.

How do I return my order?

You have two options if you wish to return your order:

1. You can go to one of our shops, Maniet or Luxus, with the delivery note you received in your parcel and ask directly at the cash desk for an exchange or a refund of your article(s). The refund will be made to the account with which you placed your order within 5 working days. 
2. You can return your parcel to us by post. 
   To do this, follow the procedure below depending on whether your order was placed as a guest or not.
