When Chaussures Maniet! Luxus offers a promotion, the following exclusions will apply: 

• Not valid on eco products
• Cannot be used in conjunction with another offer or promotion
• Not available on shoe care products
• Not available on gift cards
• Not available outside the specified dates

Return and refund conditions for online purchases:

• Items must be new, unworn and perfectly intact
• Items must be returned in their original box
• Items may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of receipt of the order
• Items may be returned to us using the Bpost service or via one of our stores

Please note that the amount refunded is equal to the amount actually paid, except in the event of promotions where the discount applied increases when more items are purchased. In this event, the promotional saving will be lost and the refund will be based on the actual price of the item.
