What are the delivery times ?

Delivery times depend on the items ordered and the chosen delivery option.

• Mail: Within 2 to 7 days of placing your order
• In store: Within 1 to 7 days of placing your order

What are the delivery costs ? 

At Maniet! Luxus, shipping in Belgium and Luxembourg is free for purchases over €29! Returns are free in Belgium and Luxembourg. For other European countries, a flat rate will be added to your bill at the time of payment. Note: for international returns, the customer must cover the cost of postage. This will not be refunded by Maniet! Luxus.   

Which countries do you deliver to ?

We deliver to the following countries: Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, France and the Netherlands. 

How do I know where my package is ? 

We will send you an email at each stage of your order. These emails will also contain a link enabling you to track your order on the Bpost website. You can also track your order via your account. 

I chose mail, what happens if I'm not home at the time of delivery ?

The driver will leave a calling card inviting you to go and collect your package at the post office specified. You then have 14 calendar days to collect your parcel.

After this period, if you have still not collected your parcel, it will be returned to the offices of Chaussures Maniet. Customer services will contact you to reschedule delivery.
