#YesManiet – General terms and conditions

We enjoy seeing your Maniet-Luxus looks. 

We would love to share these photos and videos on our social media channels, website (https://shop.maniet.be) and newsletter.


By responding to us using the #yesmaniet hashtag, you authorise us to:

    • Use your photo on our website (https://shop.maniet.be)
    • Share your photo in our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn) and printed materials and display photos in store
    • Use your photo in our newsletter
    • Use your photo until you withdraw consent

You will receive:

    • Free publicity through our marketing channels and website (https://shop.maniet.be)
    • Full photo credits: it will be linked to your social media handle and/or your name will appear.
    • The option to withdraw your consent at any time.

By accepting these conditions, you grant Maniet Luxus a non-exclusive, copyright-free, international license to use and share your photo for marketing and/or publicity purposes, including the right to reproduce, distribute, modify and edit your photos. 

You confirm that you own or control the rights to the material that you have submitted and that you have the consent of all persons appearing in the photos. 

If products from other brands appear in the photo and these brands are visible in the photo, we will also mention these brands when sharing your photo. 

If other brands appear in your photo but are not visible, we cannot mention these brands. However, we can add a mention at a later date, upon request. 

The photo will always remain your property and you can withdraw your consent.

 

Withdrawal of consent

If you wish to withdraw your consent, please email ecommerce@maniet.be and we will delete your photo from all of our media within 14 days. 

If we have used your photo in our newsletter and/or magazine, it is not possible to withdraw the photo, but we will refrain from using it in future.
